Bro John Muhammad has over 25 years of grassroots organizing and community outreach experience. 

 

As a dedicated Community Organizer he has found success through bringing directly impacted residents to the table, elevating their voices. Through intentional conversations and deliberative dialogue they work together to develop policy recommendations and implement solutions rooted in deep community engagement.

 

PROFESSIONAL: Pinellas County Regional Director, Lead Community Organizer, Leadership Development and Training Facilitator. Prior to becoming a full time Organizer, Bro John volunteered with Community Groups, Labor Unions and others while also working as a Customer Service Call Center Manager, Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Representative and Sales Training Manager for almost two decades.

PERSONAL

After graduating from the School of “Hard Knocks”,  Brother John married his high school sweetheart and they have been together for almost 30 years; they have 3 daughters and four grandsons.
