This morning, while making salat (prayer) , I had a small moment that spoke volumes. As I went into sajdah — the position where the forehead touches the ground — I realized I couldn’t lift my head without using my hands. At first, I tried to just move my head, thinking it would be simple. But it wasn’t. My head felt heavy. I tried again, putting effort into lifting it on my own… and still, nothing. It wasn’t until I used my hands  to help that what seemed impossible became ea
